Purity & Quality
If a customer finds any purity or hallmark difference, they may contact us for verification. However:
- We are not liable for purity differences if the item is melted or altered by the customer.
- Hallmark testing can be done at any certified Hallmarking Centre by the customer for a quality check. If the customer finds any difference, it must be reported immediately with documentation.
- Melted or damaged items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Stone & Wastage Policy
- Stones above 2.5 mm will be given less as per our policy.
- Stones below 2.5 mm are chargeable; no "less" will be provided.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of stones used in the item.
- Wastage will be as per item type and design—requests for wastage waivers or less wastage will not be entertained unless mutually agreed.
Delivery & Shipping
- Customers must check logistics coverage before placing an order.
- Customers can connect with us to know about logistics coverage.
- Delivery is handled through our authorized logistics partners.
- If the location is not serviceable, customers must arrange their own pickup or alternative delivery method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or transport issues once the parcel is dispatched.
Payments
- Full advance payment is mandatory for all orders—whether customs or ready items.
- Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
- No partial or half payment is accepted under any circumstances.
- Payments must be made through authorized methods (bank transfers, UPI, or other approved channels).
- Once payment is received, the order will be confirmed, and production or dispatch will begin.
- No cancellation or refunds once production has started or goods are dispatched.

Legal Disclaimer
All products sold by Jagrut Gold are made as per order specifications.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Disputes, if any, will be handled under Mumbai jurisdiction only.
Custom Orders
- All custom or "made to order" jewelry is made based on customer's specifications.
- Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, no design, size, or weight change will be accepted.
- Delivery time for custom orders will depend on the design complexity and raw material availability.
- If a customer cancels after production starts, advance payment will be refunded but making charges will bee deducted.
- No full refund will be provided if production has been started.
Return & Exchange
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect or dispatch error from our end.
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof
- We urge our customers to always make one unboxing video while they receive their items.
- In case of verified error, exchange or adjustments will be at our discretion.
Weight & Design Variations
- The final weight of items may slightly vary (+-) due to manufacturing tolerances.
- Prices are subject to the final net weight and prevailing gold rates at the time of invoicing.
Photographs & Website Content
- Product photos shown on our website are for reference purposes only.
- Actual product may differ slightly in colour, design detailing, or size due to lighting and photography setup.
- All images and content on the site are the property of Jagrut Gold.
- Any unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution will lead to legal action.

- By contacting us on WhatsApp or through our website, customers consent to communication regarding products, offers, and order updates.

Gold Rate Fluctuation
- All quotations and offers are valid only for the same day unless confirmed with advance payment.
- Any change in gold price after order confirmation will not affect already placed and paid orders.
